The Lord of Tears / Crying

I was listening to the new re-mastered Roy Orbison album, "A Love So Beautiful: Roy Orbison and the Philiharmonic Orchestra", this morning (if you haven't listened to the album or to Roy Orbison in general, check it out-- it's a good take on his classic library). The album's versions of "In Dreams" and "Crying" got me into the PhotoShop mood. It's worth mentioning that in the second image, "Lord of Tears", the eye looming in the night sky is actually a photo of my own eye.

Halloween

The original photo was taken from a haunted house a friend of mine hosted this past weekend-- I thought the jack-o-lanterns would make a cool temporary desktop. Happy Halloween!

Horror Movie PhotoShop Art

I was sick today, and when I wasn't resting, I was bored. Because of said boredom, I decided to put together some horror movie inspired PhotoShop art. My favorites are the Dracula and Frankenstein Monster pictures, with the Freddy Krueger and Dr. Caligari pictures turning out okay in my opinion, and my least favorite one turning out to be the Phantom of the Opera (you can't win them all).

JFP Logo (Alternate Version)

I've already posted my photo of the JFP's (Jewett Funk Patrol) logo in my first post, and the image can be seen in my collage blog background, but I ran the original picture through PhotoShop, and the results were pretty cool.

Blog Stuff

My blog header, the blog background (both the work version and the finished version), and, because I was having fun with PhotoShop, the Great Gazoo.

Fun with Photoshop

Some of these were made for class assignments (the LP Album covers, specifically), while others were made purely for fun (the quote images, portraits, and the "Great Wall" movie poster parody). Here's some of my favorite PhotoShop creations.
